Just want to thank Ann, Lars, and Vincent for such a great stay! We were in town with a big group of 13 guys for a bachelor party, and thought we'd be roughing frat house style based on the photos, but we thought the location was worth it. Instead, we showed up and everything was way better than we were expecting. It was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed (towels, washer/dryer, soap, shampoo, etc.), and the sleeping arrangements were great for such a big group. 2 people do a bedroom, everyone had their own bed. It was honestly one of the best trips I've ever been on, and usually I hate group trips. The location was truly unbeatable - right in the heart of South Beach. I highly highly highly recommend this listing for any large groups looking to stay in South Beach! Our entire group loved it!

I enjoyed staying at this condo very beautiful and the location is perfect.

Very efficient us of space. All five guest were able to have either a King or Queen bed, and we appreciated 2 bathrooms. The Nespresso was wonderful in the morning, and the kitchen had everything we needed. U-sectional also provided ample comfortable seating to gather. While we were unable to access the unit’s WI-FI, it wasn’t a huge deal because the beach is literally across the street, with chairs and beach towels included in the unit. Also, the location is in the middle of everything. The lobby and halls of the building itself are a bit dated, however, Ann & Lars unit is well maintained and met our needs. Also, Ann & Lars give great recommendations for everything -Very communicative!

This place was very nice and a life saver. Ann and Lars really helped us out in a time of need. You're gonna love it!

Truthful information, and outstanding hospitality, flower and wine where a very pleasant treat. Location is very good and a perfect setting for a family on a quest for park adventures in Orlando.

This is one of the most wonderful accommodations we have stayed at. They welcomed us by champagne and chocolate and there were some morning food in the refrigerator when we arrived. There are a pool and a hot water Jacuzzi in front of the room. The host was kind and responded quickly. We hope to stay at their place again.
